All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Info

All packages are shipped through USPS.

Insurance is included for all shipping options.

You will receive a tracking number notification via email when your order has shipped.

Once your order is scanned with USPS we are not responsible for delays or problems with USPS. All orders are insured. Please get in touch with USPS directly if any issues occur while your package is on its route.

Incorrect Shipping Address: If your order has not been shipped, send us an email to: themuishack@gmail.com and we will correct it for you.(Additional fees may apply for the difference in cost for shipping.)

Mui Shack is not responsible for any damage caused by prolonged exposure to high temperatures during transit.

Due to the potential for heat damage, we advise customers to open packages immediately upon delivery.
